Available Volunteer Positions 
Remote IT Trainers

Responsibilities

  • Design of online courses and the execution of training programs
  • Prepare project requirements and schedule for training
  • Carry out performance assessments to determine the skills gap in the learners
  • Design course materials and documents such as handouts, manuals, and exercises
  • Support and coach learners using learning technologies to deliver skills
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and learning outcomes
  • Maintain appropriate records of learner development and resource allocation
Remote Grant Writers Responsibilities
  • Identify sources of public and private grant opportunities that align with IFCA’s vision
  • Avail information pertaining grant applications procedures
  • Contact and follow up leads with granting organizations and agencies
  • Develop quality, well-researched proposals and budgets and submit them promptly.
  • Align IFCA`s objectives and documents with donor guidelines, policies, and procedures
  • Develop and maintain a master file of pending, existing, and past grants, and contacts

  Financial Advisor (Board member)

Responsibilities
  • Recommending new financial strategies that will push the organization forward
  • Identify and profile new financial opportunities that may benefit the organization
  • Monitor and regulate the financial trend of IFCA
  • Periodic release of financial reports and statements for every quarter and year
  •  Creating financial plans that will enable IFCA to achieve its goals and mission
NGO Develop (Board member)
Responsibilities
  •  Improve the organization’s visibility on the international platform
  •  Update the organization’s website with the recent IFCA activities and programs update
  •  Assist in drafting reports to donors and stakeholders about IFCA`s programs
  •  Marketing of IFCA using the targeted media and press
  •  Strengthen relations with other NGOs, CBOs, and other agencies
